Ms. Bielke is an Associate Partner, Director of Operations responsible for managing systems, security, technical operations and client satisfaction. She has more than fifteen years of experience in data and marketing analytics. Ms. Bielke has an Associate Degree from Bethany Lutheran College and a BA in Marketing & Finance from Wartburg College.
Ms. Kaspar is an Associate Partner, Director of Business managing sales, marketing, business development and administration. She has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry and specializes in the development of strategic marketing solutions for IFM clients. Ms. Kaspar earned her BS Degree in Management Studies at Rockford University and a master’s degree in Management of Information Systems and Services from University of Maryland University College.
